Housing is separate from your application
Housing is a separate arrangement and is not included in the application fee or in any rotation offer. Availability, pricing, booking, cancellation, and terms are handled independently of rotation acceptance.
Nothing on this page forms part of a rotation offer. The application fee pays for the review of your application only, and no part of it is applied to accommodation.
What this means in practice
- You book it
- Any agreement for accommodation is between you and whoever provides it. We are not a party to it.
- You pay it
- Rent, deposits and utilities are paid directly to the provider, not through this site.
- Availability is not held
- A rotation offer does not reserve a room, and a room does not secure a rotation.
- Cancellation is separate
- If a rotation changes or does not proceed, any accommodation terms you signed still stand on their own.
